Very Good, Very Good, Yay!!!

How I became a Laughter Yoga Leader (LYL):
I received my Laughter Yoga Leader training in February of 2009.  My dear friend Andrea' had been pursuing Laughter Yoga and worked hard to become a Laughter Yoga Trainer.  I was blessed to be part of her 'start up' Laughter Yoga group which met on Tuesday mornings at 7:15am for 45 minutes.

I have decided that it is time to "jump" into the world of Laughter Yoga (LY) and bring this form of healthy breath work to Seattle-ites!

What better way to 'kick off' getting back into shape, than starting a Laughter Yoga group!  I'm working on location and times right now... I am certain that a 'free' group location and event will be necessary for understanding the purpose of this amazing form of Yoga.

I will keep you posted as to my progress and thoughts, as that is the purpose for having this Blog. To share my 'start up' experiences.... So, "Welcome" to Laughing Heart Diaries!

You can also follow me on Facebook (as soon as I get the 'link' piece figured out).

Joy & Giggles,

Dandelion Dreams

So, let's start right here! My backyard. Portland, Oregon. Earth Day 4-22-11
I was inspired to capture the beauty of these "weeds" in all their Glorious bloom... allowing them to "leaf" their mark here on earth (at least photographically) before their roots were pulled up from the very core of their existence....

That's when I realized: It's all about Perspective! How to see the world... through the same old gritty lens or with a new pair of glasses?  People! Humans! We are all here together in this Garden of Life! It's an easy analogy... Types of flowers, weeds, vegetables... The difference being that WE are the gardeners of our own gardens!!!  Self-weeding, nurturing, sowers of seeds!

Kindness, curiosity, playfulness, compassion, love, generosity, inspiration, joy..... what will you plant in YOUR garden today?
